Common questions
Can you clean multiple HMOs on one schedule?
Yes. Most of our landlord clients hand us a list of properties and we build one weekly or fortnightly route across all of them, with one monthly invoice.
Do you report problems you spot in the property?
We flag anything we notice (overflowing bins, damage, pests, smoking) with photos after each visit, so you hear it from us before you hear it from a tenant or an inspector.
Do tenants need to be out while you clean?
No. We clean communal areas around tenants' routines and always work respectfully in occupied houses. Many tenants get to know us by name.
Can you do a one-off deep clean of a tired HMO?
Yes. A deep clean to reset the property, then a regular schedule to keep it there. It is the most common way landlords start with us.
